Chop’s Steaks and Seafood was established in April of 2003. Locally owned and operated, your hosts Chuck and Kara Pastor along with their fine staff invite you at both lunch and dinner to experience great food, service and the personal touch in a comfortable atmosphere. We have a banquet room that seats up to 50 guests. Our smoke free bar has both tables and booths to enjoy your food and drinks. We have an extensive wine list, wine by the glass, small batch bourbons, single malt scotches and a martini list that heights the spirits.
Chop’s dining room welcomes our guests with large booths and comfortable seating with and open view kitchen. We also have a display of colorful and unique local artwork.

Chop’s Wine Bar
In January 2010, Chop’s Steaks and Seafood Restaurant opened Fort Wayne’s first Wine Bar! Chop’s wine Bar is located right next door to our restaurant.
Chop’s Wine Bar has a unique big city feel but hails our city’s friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Come in and feel like you have escaped Fort Wayne and enjoy our great food and wine!
The Wine Bar features Chef Brian’s wide variety of smaller portion menu items and appetizers to share. We have an extensive wine list that includes wine by the bottle, wine by the glass and wine flights. You can also enjoy a variety of craft beers or your favorite cocktail!
Chop’s Wine Bar is a place for friends to gather, relax and celebrate life where great food and wine comes together.
Unique areas of the Wine Bar include a Chef’s table that seats up to eight, a comfortable couch area, stand at our barrel table and view the action, or sit at the food bar and watch our chefs create!
